How to issue a subway ticket (if you've purchased one)

***BEFORE YOU EXCHANGE YOUR SUBWAY TICKET***

*Visit major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station.

*Find "Tourists / Overseas visitors friendly ticket vending machine"
Check “Step⑥” of the guide. These machines should be with THE SYMBOL.

*If there is no ticket vending machine for travelers at the station where you start using the service, or if you cannot collect a paper ticket at the station office, they will show you how to get to the station where there is a ticket vending machine for travelers. Please feel free to ask the staff for assistance.
(Please make sure to say “Tokyo Subway Ticket.” Do not say “THE TOKYO PASS” or show the app, as some staff may not recognize our product.)
